Mad Max: Fury Road vince il Guild Awards per il miglior trucco d’epoca
Mad Max: Fury Road e American Horror Story sono candidati all’Oscar, ma prima della fatidica notte del 28 febbraio si è accaparrato il Guild Awards per il miglior trucco d’epoca e per gli effetti speciali. Tra gli altri candidati Cinderella, Il Trono di Spade e Dancing With the Stars.
Mad Max: Fury Road ha riportato due premi per il make up e le acconciature ai Guild Awards, che si è svolto ieri sera a Los Angeles. Il film di George Miller ha lasciato a bocca aperta la giuria per la bellezza degli effetti speciali, dei costumi e dei trucchi, che davvero rappresentano la parte più coinvolgente della pellicola.

Le altre pellicole che hanno meritato il premio sono state Fast & Furious 7 e Pitch Perfect 2, che hanno vinto per il make up e le acconciature per il miglior make-up contemporaneo e acconciature. Tra le altre nomination agli Oscar anche Revenant – Redivivo.
La cerimonia si è tenuta al Paramount Studios Theatre, tra i presentatori LeVar Burton, Kate Flannery, Dash Mihok e il presidente dell’Academy Cheryl Boone Isaacs.
