Kevin Smith rende omaggio a Stan Lee in un giorno speciale

Il 28 dicembre Stan Lee avrebbe compiuto 97 anni così Kevin Smith celebra questa giornata con un tributo

L’iconico creatore di fumetti Stan Lee è morto poco più di un anno fa e da allora i fan hanno continuamente celebrato la sua leggenda. Recentemente, la ABC ha mandato in onda Celebrating Stan Lee della Marvel per onorarlo con molti grandi nomi del Marvel Cinematic Universe presenti tra cui Calrk Gregg (agente Phil Coulson), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Ming-Na Wen (agente Melinda May), Paul Bettany (Vision) e altri ancora. Anche Kevin Smith, il regista che ha avuto l’onore di avere un enorme cameo di Stan Lee nel suo film del 1995, Mallrats, ha pubblicato sui social il suo tributo al genio Marvel.

In a perfect world, @therealstanlee would have turned 97 today. I miss my mentor often – but I see him every night of the @jayandsilentbob #rebootroadshow Tour, when he closes out our credits in the @imdb clip from the @comic_con #imdboat. And every night, he gets the loudest, most loving response from everyone in the audience with thunderous applause. And for one, brief shining moment, it’s like the love in those rooms brings Stan back – if only for a few seconds. He was the best person I ever met – a fine fellow with a big heart, a deep abiding love for his wife Joanie, and the limitless imagination of a child at play. For some of his 95 years, we got to see that big kid at his most creative – and he made such an impact, they’ll still be telling stories about his characters long after you and I are gone from this world. Mi manca spesso il mio mentore, ma lo vedo tutte le sere del tour @jayandsilentbob #rebootroadshow, quando chiude i nostri crediti nella clip su IMDB. E ogni notte riceve la risposta più forte e amorevole da parte di tutti gli spettatori con un fragoroso applauso. E per un breve momento, è come se l’amore in quelle stanze riportasse Stan, anche se solo per pochi secondi. Era la persona migliore che abbia mai incontrato: un bravo ragazzo con un grande cuore, un amore profondo e duraturo per sua moglie Joanie e l’immaginazione senza limiti di un bambino che giocava. Per alcuni dei suoi 95 anni, abbiamo visto quel ragazzino nella sua forma più creativa – e ha avuto un tale impatto, continueranno a raccontare storie sui suoi personaggi molto tempo dopo che io e te saremo andati da questo mondo.
