Legends of Tomorrow ha per protagonisti Brandon Routh come Ray Palmer / The ATOM, Caity Lotz come Sara Lance / White Canary, Dominic Purcell come Mick Rory / Heat Wave, Nick Zano come Dr. Nate Heywood / Steel, Maisie Richardson-Venditori come Vixen, Jes Macallan come Ava Sharpe, con Courtney Ford nei panni di Nora Darhk e Matt Ryan nei panni di John Constantine. La nuova stagione includerà anche Ramona Young come Alaska Yu, Courtney Ford come Nora Darhk, Matt Ryan come John Constantine e Tom Wilson come Hank Heywood.
