Barry (Grant Gustin) e la squadra incontrano Tracy Brand (la guest star Anne Dudek), uno scienziato che potrebbe essere la chiave per fermare Savitar. Purtroppo, Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) è in vantaggio anche su Tracy così il Team Flash deve combattere il loro vecchio amico, che si dimostra essere particolarmente difficile per Cisco (Carlos Valdes).
